More California

So have actually been having a very fun California trip. I have had a lot of fun seeing my friends and family. These past 2 days have been hanging out with my friends from high school, Jenny, Chelsea, and Alyne. It has been great catching up very weird at the same time. Like yesterday my mom took Alyne, Jenny, and me and droped us off at the mall! how wierd is that!? thats like what we did as preteens got droped off at the mall to hang out. I didnt have a car and Jenny and Alyne dont drvie thats what we did all sat in my moms car and got droped off like what we use to do all the time. (note to future self and people im trying to protray how wierd it is, thats why all the repeating) So other then that isn't it funny how you can not see someone for years and they can be in a totally different spot in life but yet they still have the same personality as before even if its calmed down allot. Well I found that out my future self. for example Alyne really wanted to write on my dads cast on his leg and she really prusisted on doing this... this is definitly an Alyne thing to do.
Other then that my Brother Jon has fish and there fish kept dieing so they ran out of fish in there tank so they went to buy more. ( I guess to kill them to) so I went with them and totally ended up buying a Fish to keep it in there tank, I wonder how long it will live. But so I thought it was a girl fish so I wanted to name her Emma or Sarah. but then we got home and put it in the tank and it started like blowing up and fighting the other fish so I guess the males in that kind of fish do that so its actally a male fish, I named him Henery. They had to take my fish out and put it in a different bowl b.c. it kept trying to eat the other fish. SO poor Henery is in his own bowl... how lonley would that be? I think it would be pretty lonly? maybe I can train my fish to be nice or something. That would be very nice. well thats is

What a Wonderful Day! I think so at least! so im in california the weather is nice but sometimes it gets hot in the house because there is not air conditioner. but if there was I probably would be cold, so its a good thing there isn't. So to remind my self what i do here for future reference when i come back to visit.
-read Harry Potter books
-go to the mall
-get my hair done
- watch ballet shoes
-look at 5!! barns n nobles for the next ann of green gabels book (which i know is in utah)
-find out the latiest california gossip

Emily's Adventure

It all started this morning when I woke up and decided that I wanted to go to the park and read a book and have a picnic. So I went and got food and got my book and went to the park. It was such a beautiful day at the park except I sat under a tree because there was shade and I didn't want to get sunburned, but the shadow kept moving and it was really annoying but I kept moving into the shade. After a few hours of reading my book- by the way it was Anne of Green Gables which is the best and cutest book of all time except for Little Women- I decided to leave. When I went to leave one of my napkins blew away across the lawn. Because I am so against littering I went across the lawn to pick it up. Then I saw him. He was lying next to the fence post, a little kitten shivering. It looked so scared. Me being afraid of cats, decided I should leave and hopefully someone would find him. When I left, I started feeling very guilty for leaving this little kitty there because he looked so scared and lonely. So I decided to turn back and go get him. When I came back, I tried to give him a granola bar because that's all I had to befriend him and he didn't want it. So sad. He ran away under my car. Now this was a problem because I couldn't leave now because he was under my car and I couldn't befriend him because I didn't have any food. So I sat there and called Karli and told her to bring some milk and tuna. Karli showed up and she put milk under the car and made the kitty come out. And she was so good with him. Then we took him home and I need to find him a home and that is how I ended up with a stray cat. I named him Laurie but no one else likes his name. So that is how I have a stray cat. I'm leaving out the part where he peed and pooed under my bed and on the couch. But he is very cute and i love him and always will. He will always have a special place in my heart. Lindsay yelled at him though and I was very sad. She was going to lock him in the bathroom and I told her NO! But now Laurie is in the bathroom. Okay now I'm done.

9.were very upset and yelled when Zac Efron quite Footloose.
8.Emily had to apoligize to Lindsay because she had a dream Lindsay voted for Obama and yelled at her until she cried.

Lindsays Life

So Lindsay came home and started freaking out about the future. I guess this is contagious! so now im thinking what the heck is my plan?? live at crestwood for the rest of my life.... of dear crestwood... okay so the things I need to do... become a famous hair dresser in new york that would be the best place and then..... become a congress woman b.c. with the whole plan im going to get my polisci degree. I have to use that to. (and by the way to day I saw that nixon movie can I just say it almost made me cry. and I denitly have never cryed in a movie... yeah yeah I know Nixon is a criminal and stuff and that whole water gate thing was bad... but oh my gosh when he looked all sad and said that he let the country down ooohhh my gosh.... I think I cryed or at least water in my eyes. good actor I guess.) back to my life... I know I guess this is bad but I started this blog to talk about me. so anyway I need to move back to california someday to... maybe the OC because I really like the show.... haha just kidding! LA is way cooler the Hills not so much. Anyway blame this post on Lindsay because shes moving to texis and i dont know where im going to end up.... oh my gosh what happens if I live in utah for the rest of my life! I move her for a few years and I stay... okay lets not think of that, actally lets think about Lindsays life.

Vegas

So this weekend a few of us went down to St. George where we then proceeded to go to Vegas. Vegas was an interesting place...a whole new world in itself. Being from California and now living in Utah it was a shock.

When we first got to Vegas, we went to Caesar's Palace. It was pretty much the most amazing thing I've ever seen. It was really big and had lots of stores, lots of nice stores. It had this like electronic Disneyland thing in the middle which I pretty much didn't know what was going on in it but i'm pretty sure it had to do with Caesar becoming king or something. So me and my friends went shopping and I learned a very good lesson when we went shopping. The first one is you might want to eat before you shop or people might get cranky. The second one is if you can buy a Tiffany's ring you probably could get anyone you want. Because they're pretty much amazing. Did I tell you about the ceiling of this casino mall place thing who knows what to call it probably a hotel? It was a sky. So we decided we probably should leave so we ventured off into the streets.

Can I just say that there's nice Las Vegas walk bad Las Vegas walk and then nice Las Vegas again. I prefer good Las Vegas personally. It looked happier and a little cleaner. Cleaner has a double meaning. So we had to go past the dirty part of Vegas and then we saw the M&M store and the Coca cola store. By the way is M&M and Coca Cola the same company? Cause they have stores right next to each other or is that a coincidence? So now I would like to move onto the best part of the night.

We went to the Venetian to go see Phantom of the Opera. The Venetian probably the best hotel in Vegas. It was just as cool as the Caesar's Palace with the sky roof and the lots of shopping but it had a lake in the middle of it with little gondala boats that were so so so so so so cute. Not cool or weird but Cute. It pretty much made my day to see them. But we were told never to eat there because it was too expensive which that upkeep of water is probably really expensive. Poor Disneyland and their It's a Small World. But for another happy ending Phantom was a very good show and I recommend everyone to see it cause it was just so good. So that is my Vegas trip. But if you want bad service go to Hard Rock Cafe.
